Worked great for a few months, then they both lost bass and went complete tin can. I have tried everything I can to fix them, but nothing works. I would understand if one went wonky, but they both did at the same time. Just look at them as disposable and you won't lose anything.

I've been very, very happy with this purchase. I use them for work and at the gym. They work great for meetings, and they don't budge when running. Music sounds great with great frequency range, good bass. I will buy again.

I can't get them to stay in my ears. They keep falling out.

They worked great for about six months. Great sound, held a charge for a long time, easy to use and set up. Six months in, one side will not come on. Charge does not hold more than a day. Will look at charge and shows 100 percent, by the afternoon its dead. Have to keep plugged in until ready to use. I give two stars because I got six good months.

I bought this product 5 months ago. The sound and bluetooth functionality is fine. However, the recharge function is very frustrating. When you drop the ear pieces in the charger, it's hit or miss whether it connects and recharges or not. And when it's not charging, I haven't figured out how to tell if it's charging or not. The display looks the same. It's maddening when you leave something charging all day only to have the ear pieces run out of juice after a few minutes.
